During the listing process, you can verify your student status by providing a .edu email address. We'll send a verification link, and once confirmed, you'll receive a "Verified Student" badge on your profile and listings.
Yes! PassMyLease is completely free for both listing your place and browsing available listings. There are no hidden fees or commissions.
A sublet means you're temporarily renting out your place while remaining on the lease. A relet means someone is taking over your lease entirely — your name comes off, and theirs goes on.
